These cancellation and refund terms govern every safari, hotel, tour, and travel booking made via our website or sales channels.
Please read it carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Safari Cancellation Policy – Buffer Zones (Kanha National Park)
The following cancellation charges apply for buffer zone safaris:
More than 30 days before safari date: 25% of the booking amount will be deducted
15 to 29 days before safari date: 40% of the booking amount will be deducted
7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total safari cost will be deducted
2 to 6 days before arrival: 60% of the total safari cost will be deducted
Within 48 hours / No-show: No refund will be provided
2. Safari Cancellation Policy – Core Zones (Kanha National Park)
Core zone safari bookings are governed by forest department regulations:
Cancellation 2 days before safari date: A flat deduction of INR 3,500
Cancellation within 48 hours of safari date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged
3. Hotel & Tour Package Cancellation Policy
Hotel and package cancellations (excluding Gypsy and Canter safari charges) are subject to the following deductions:
If the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, 20% of the overall tour price will be withheld.
If the booking is cancelled at least 15 to 29 days in advance, 30% of the overall tour price will be withheld.
If the booking is cancelled at least 7 to 14 days in advance, 40% of the overall tour price will be withheld.
If the booking is cancelled at least 2 to 6 days in advance, 50% of the overall tour price will be withheld.
Within 48 hours / No-show: No refund
4. Cancellation Process
Requests for cancellation must be formally communicated in writing at

Requests sent to any other email ID will not be considered valid
Cancellation dates are calculated excluding the tour or safari date itself
5. Refund Assurance (Safari Booking Failure)
If a safari booking cannot be confirmed due to:
Technical errors
Seat unavailability
Forest department restrictions
The entire amount paid will be refunded to the customer’s bank account. The same will be communicated officially.
6. Peak Season & Festival Bookings
During peak periods such as:
Weekends
Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and long weekends
Hotels and resorts may follow separate cancellation policies, which will be shared at the time of booking.
7. Price Changes & Government Charges
Once the booking is confirmed:
Any increase in government taxes, safari permit fees, fuel charges, guide fees, or museum entry charges imposed by authorities will be payable by the traveler as additional cost.
8. Force Majeure Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for refunds or compensation arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Strikes or protests
Traffic disruptions
Overbooking or closure of hotels
Forest entry restrictions
In such cases, we will make best efforts to offer suitable alternatives.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
10. Hotel & Accommodation Terms
Standard/base category rooms will be provided
Room upgrades are subject to availability and payable directly at the hotel
In case of hotel unavailability, a similar category property will be arranged
For three guests, one room with an extra mattress will be allotted
11. Booking Confirmation & Vouchers
Booking confirmation may take up to 24 hours
Travel vouchers will be shared via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Hard Copy
12. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in: 12:00 Noon
Check-out: 11:00 AM
(Subject to hotel policies)
13. Itinerary & Services
The itinerary displayed on the website is indicative
Inclusions and exclusions must be reviewed carefully
Any additional services requested will be charged extra
14. Safari Zone Allocation
Safari zones are allotted strictly as per availability
We do not guarantee any specific zone or area
Zones may be changed due to operational or forest department requirements
15. Passenger Details & Responsibility
Guests must provide accurate age details at the time of booking
Incorrect information may attract penalties during travel
We shall not be held liable for any loss, misplacement, or damage of guests’ personal items during the trip.
16. Payment Default
Failure to clear pending payments may result in cancellation of services
Advance payments shall be forfeited in such cases
17. Right to Modify Services
We reserve the right to amend itineraries, safari schedules, or services due to operational or regulatory reasons.
18. Festival & Long Weekend Pricing
Rates are not applicable during long weekends or major festivals unless explicitly stated.
Final Note
Booking confirmation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the Cancellation & Refund Policy by the traveler.
