By booking any tour, safari, accommodation, or travel service with Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
Payment Policy
Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited accepts payments only through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer.
Guests must make payments only to the official company bank accounts. The company shall not be liable for payments made to unauthorized or third-party accounts.
100% full advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. No booking will be processed or confirmed without receipt of complete payment.
All bookings are subject to availability of safari permits, hotels, and forest department approval after receipt of full payment.
All applicable government taxes, safari fees, surcharges, and statutory charges must be paid by the traveler.
Taxes & Government Charges
Any changes in government taxes, safari charges, park entry fees, or hotel tariffs after booking shall be applicable and payable by the client.
Such changes will be communicated to guests via email or phone before the travel date wherever possible.
Accommodation Policy
Accommodation will be provided in the base/standard room category at all hotels or resorts.
Requests for room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges, payable directly to the hotel.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless specified otherwise by the hotel.
For bookings of three persons, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
If the selected hotel is unavailable due to operational reasons, the company reserves the right to arrange accommodation in a similar category hotel.
Safari & Forest Department Rules
Safari bookings are strictly governed by forest department rules, permit availability, weather conditions, and government regulations.
Guests must provide accurate personal details, including correct ages of all travelers, at the time of booking.
Incorrect or false information may lead to penalties, permit rejection, or cancellation of safari, for which the company shall not be responsible.
Changes, Amendments & Itinerary Adjustments
Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, safari timings, routes, or hotel arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, wildlife movement, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes do not entitle the guest to any refund unless specifically stated.
Liability Disclaimer
Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, or inconvenience during the tour.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, and luggage.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, forest closures, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
Refund & Cancellation
All bookings are subject to the company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, which may vary depending on safari permits, hotels, and government rules.
Safari bookings are generally non-refundable, as permits are issued by the forest department and are non-transferable.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with any booking, service, or agreement with Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
